Fuji Nevada 2.1 Vs Gt Palomar

i am going to buy a bicycle up to 350$ and the best bikes i have found are
Fuji Nevada 2.1 and GT Palomar
i know both have steel frame but i dont know which one is better in details.
which one do you suggest? and why?
i have to add i realy can not bring up my budget.
