Aluminum spokes to be attached to the rim, none of proper length for that hub. Answer is nope. Have a good bike shop build you a wheel using a Saris hub and Mavic, Velocity, DT rim.

I have built many rear wheels starting with the Saris hub and lacing to Velocity, DT or Mavic rims, using DT spokes, designed for you and your needs.
