Gable service

Currently planned to be there, however through the night I took a bout of Gout (sad old thing!).
Difficulty walking ... can only just get sandals on .. so will have to make a decision on Wednesday.
Off work sick at the moment and dosing up on 7 pills a day, so it may speed the recovery some what.
Doesn't seem as bad the previous attack, so it may be OK by the weekend ..... well, maybe for the
service on Sunday. Time and healing process will tell.

Clare and I are booked into Honister Hause YHA for Friday and Saturday, so will be starting out from
there at around 0800 on Sunday. Will, if we make it, be in the Dog and Gun (Keswick) on Friday
evening about 6:30 for some Theakstons Old Peculiar .... and a bowl of that special Goulash.
(Usually sit at a table in the area of the fireplace)

Don't own a uk.rec.walking hat though I did see them on Exped 13, but would be good to meet on top,
say in a specified direction from the memorial stone.

Will place a posting Thursday if attending.
