Getting a jump on the big climbs this season using the new TurboVids real life video rides and the
Tacx i-Magic trainer.

Phil Stone (the guy who posted some useful info about mounting the Polar Power Kit a year or so ago)
has made a bunch of video segments that cover the Marmotte course and a bit more, for a total of
190km of video riding.

This isn't just another ride-along with disconnected video. The TurboVids are synchronized with the
i-Magic brake unit which varies the resistance according to the terrain you are seeing. Hey, when
you need to train for climbs but the outside is frozen over, inside you can still blowup your heart
over some friggin' steep video climbs. I'm finding it a lot of fun and a useful when I want to
really push my limits. Great for sustained efforts at LT and higher.

Phil has a demo Galibier video on his site for download. As this is just a demo, the playback speed
is set to go very fast, but you can slow this down in Media Player to the point where you can read
names painted on the road.

You can read about this stuff at: http://www.i-rides.com/
