Garmin Edge 500



If you want to race or dramatically increase your performance, get a training book and program the training workouts into your GE 500 and pound your pedals until the Garmin says you can take a break. Rest and repeat. No slacking - stick to the workout!!

As you achieve and get comfortable with those parameters over time, up the workout requirements - either longer duration or faster pace (or both) and do it all over again, only REALLY beat your brains out this time. Repeat.
