Garmin Forerunner problems?

Oops. I guess you can't do the firmware updgrade with your 100 version of
the Forerunner. This is a good time to get the 301. ;-)

Of course, the unit is out of warranty now, so having it repaired will
cost
something--

I have the original Garmin Forerunner 100 series, which uses the AAA
batteries and does not have the PC interface.
