I've just bought a Suntour Superbe tech rear mech off of ebay which I want to use , do you know whether it will fit an ultra 6 speed freewheel, or am I limited to a regularly spaced 5 speed freewheel.

I can think of no raeaon it wold not work with either. Ultra 6 was designed to work in the same space as regular 5 speed. The bigger issue would be it's maximum cog capability. -
