    Clip on aerobars to be percise. I currently have an Easton EC90 carbon fiber bar and am wondering if it is OK to clamp an aerobar on without concern for damage to the bar?

    Want to do some TT practicing but don`t want to have to swap in and out a aluminum bar to do some if I don`t have too.

    Thanks;

    Bad new I'm afraid Rolf,

    The following was copied word for word from the installation instructions...

    WARNING!
    Do not attach aftermarket aero bars or other clip-on style bars
    to the EC90 road handlebar. The EC90 handlebar is not designed
    to be compatible with these products.

    There's also an article here (scroll down to the bottom section)...

    Hope this helps

    Ok.......kinda what I expected. Thanks for the info. Guess I will just wing it with my current setup and then swap out to my aluminum bar a week or so before any TT`s.

    Thanks!

    :)
