Hoi,
as a climber - NOT yet (indeed !) faced by any GPS receiver i have one
simple question: I found the geko 301 by Garmin and i'd like to know
how the 3D position of some target relative to the current position
becomes indicated:
x meters in heading
OR
x meters in heading as well as n meters in (relative) altitude ?
Any knows that the altitude relative to the current postive is of
essential importance in navigating. This might be some special
queation concerning the geko 301.
Any hints ?
Thanx Rainman
