I bought this bike for $200 from Walmart Doral. My first road bike ever. Although it has a strong frame, I noticed immediately that the accessories are ****.

So, with the help of Bike Masters of Kendall, I transformed this bike.

New lightweight racing rims
Tires: ultra sport 700c x 23 (60 tpi) (120 psi)
New Bottom Bracket
New Lighter Forks
New crankarms
New pedals
New Cassette
New Chain
New Crankset wheel
New seat and seatpost
New Braking system (calipers, levers and cables)
New aerobar
Origin 8 saddle bottle cage
New bartape
Current Weight: 23 lbs
Cruising Speed: 25 mph (more if you are physically fit)
Sprint: 30 mph
After upgrades, the bike feels better, rides better, looks better, performs better. I get many compliments. When I do the Saturday morning Key Biscayne group rides, I am able to stay with the PELOTON. Does not look like a Walmart bike. The frame has minor scratched but that's because I was careless when locking/unlocking the bike than anything else.
The bike is ready to ride.
