Hope everyone had a great Christmas holiday! Did ya get anything cycling related this year?

I got my PBK (probikekit.com) jersey/bib short and $100 GC to my LB! Very grateful to have gotten these gifts and was able to have a blessed Christmas with my family as I know many people who were struggling just to keep food on the table and pay their rent.

    Happy holidays to you all

I got Pearl Izumi Amfib tights (holy warm and windproof!) as well as a PI skullcap, and $20 to my parent's LBS...I got gloves as well but they don't fit well, and I had already bought some at my LBS that are warmer...so will return those and then have $60 to spend at the LBS.

I actually gave myself quite a few christmas presents for cycling...got the bike tuned up with new tires, brakes, computer etc, and bought helmet cover, shoe covers, gloves, hat, bottles and I have a Discovery thermal kit on it's way :)

I got a new software program for my Tacx Trainer. This program allows me to upload rides that I recorded on my GPS and ride them on the trainer. It also works with Google Earth so I can see where I am on the route even in the different views that the Google shots were recorded in (aerial, street view, etc.) As the elevation changes so does the resistance applied automatically. I can import rides that others have done around the world and do those same rides. This is awesome stuff. It even allows you to meet new friends and hook up for a real time ride together. Down side is those Europeans are always kicking my butt.

I bought myself a couple of presents, and as luck would have it, they were exactly what I wanted.

My wife got me a set of Mavic Aksium wheels for christmas, but haven't put them on the bike yet. I also got a cateye V3 cyclocomputer, a pair of Pearl Izumi bib shorts and a couple of jerseys, and a pair of look pedals. I was extermely suprised with all of this, but I guess my family is very happy that I am cycling again.

Hope everyone has a great New Year!!

I didn't get anything. Spent all my money on the kids. Plus I had to throw down a cool $2,900.00 for the deductible to pay for a new roof after that big Nor'Easter blew through back in November.

No cycling stuff except for a gift card for my LBS. I'm kinda particular about my stuff so this was better than specific items.
