Giant OCR 1.0

My uncle is looking at a Giant OCR 1.0 and i'm helping him do some research. Is it a good bike? and how much should he be paying for it? The LBS where he has found it lets him upgrade from the normal OCR 1 for $50 extra, is it worth it? I think it is just for the 10 speed, but are the FSA components better than the stock ones?

From what I understand from my local Giant retailer the OCR 1.0 is the new replacement model for the OCR 1.
Its not being retailed as a upgrade model rather it is the sucessor model.

I'd pay the $50 more for the OCR 1.0.

The OCR 1.0 I've only seen for RRP of $1,990 yet I've seen the OCR 1 for less than $1,600.
