I was recently thinking of buying a giant bike front suspension only and need some advice on what would be better or if i can save some money and get a Schwinn Blackline for 803.77 other than the giant bike for 3700 canadian. I just need the bike for winter and need good off- road tires for it.

I would go off with the Schwinn, since winter will wreck your bike. You'll have to maintain it very well(dry it up ASAP). For me, a Canadain Tire bike can be good enough for winter.
