I have a pair of 2nd hand wheels from Gipiemme that I got off of eBay, the Grecal Parade ones to be exact. I recently emailed their customer service about how to go about buying the special nipple tool used to true them since they have a deep dish rim. I got a reply from a guy who said they'll mail one to me for free. Sound good to me but its from a hotmail account. The reason I'm being a bit cautious here is because I had a similar experience a few years back when I emailed Trek about spare parts and got a similar response from a yahoo email account which actually turned out to be a scam. So I just wanted to know if anyone here has had any experience with them. Much thanks.
