Actually the study i cited was biased against weight and insulin - the authors insisted that there
was no difference between the diets, completely ignoring the fact that the atkins diet had half the
weight loss and half the insulin reduction of the best diet..++I still think there is not a single
person in the pharmaceutical industry in the world that can change my way of thinking about this
topic, at least not anyone comes to mind immediately..
