hey there,

one of my carnac shoes is separating between the sole and the top section. the shoes have a couple of 1000 miles on them.
soles look fine. tops look fine.

can the shoe be re-glued (how), or
is it time for new booties?

anyone have good luck fixing a shoe like this?

Have known a few guys who repaired shoes like that, usually using heavy duty epoxy. I have done the same to my daughter's soccer cleats many times. Give it a shot, if not, pony up the dough for some new kicks.

hey,

i put some epoxy between the sole and the upper, put a couple of clamps on, waited overnight,....

all is well,
the shoe has held together since then.

thanks for the suggestion.

This happened after only a couple thousand miles? If so, remind me not to dump bucks into Carnacs...
