goals for 2015

a week early, but anybody have any goals for 2015? i wanna get 7 four minute intervals on my trainer. peak summer i was doing 6 once a week. after a good hour warm-up i did 4 minutes on 4 minutes off.. no power meter but hr was 180-192 .... like to get 7 spring time.. and then again in summer...
 
Goals for 2015:
* 10,000 miles
* 250+ miles in a single day
* Run my first 20k & 40k TTs
* Bike the full length of Japan (depending on the amount of sightseeing 2200km - 3000km)

They're a little excessive considering I just started cycling in March and have only clocked ~1200 miles to Strava to date... but I'm convinced I can do it. (I may never get the chance to put in so many hours on a bike again until retirement... gotta try it now.)
