Golden Cheetah question- when updating CP value, does it skew past data?

Hello everybody,

New to the forum, and have been training with power this winter using Golden Cheetah. I recently retested and upped my FTP, when I update this value in GC, will it back-date the value across my previous ride data- thereforew skewing my rolling metric values?

it will only affect data from the date of the CP change, so if you back date the CP it will affect all rides since then, or ir if you change CP today then it will only affect future ride data.
