Nathan, You have to use the Lowrance software. The iFinder is a mapping GPS so you have to use
mapping software and that means the manufacturer's. There are software packages that work for
waypoints, but they will not let you clip a map and dowload to the computer. Only Lowrance's
software will do that for this unit.
This is typical for GPS units on the market.
