Indiana - "Back Roads of Indiana" provides information for nearly all paved roads in Indiana.
Assembled by a cyclist for cyclists. Individual maps of each county with interesting places and
suggested routes.

Illinois - State publishes free bike maps at: http://www.bikelib.org/trails/git/index.html
