Got just £500 to spend on a racing cycle

Got £500 spend on a race cycle I was looking at a specialized allez or a boardman sport any ideas which would be best

They look pretty similar in terms of equipment except the frame on the boardman being straight 7005alu instead of the hydroformed "A1" (6061 Alu?) on the Allez.

Btw if you are planning to do alot of climbing the 16gears on the Allez might not be enough. You might want to go for a wider range 10speed model or maybe change the 8 speed cassete for something with a bigger granny gear.

You cant go wrong with the Allez. I got 3400km on mine allready with zero problems. Btw Specialized had an early release of their 2014 models so the 2013 ones are probably allready on offers.
