GPS Systems for Macintosh? Are there any?

Does anyone know of a GPS system, like Garmin, that works for Mac. I really want a GPS system but can't seem to find to many options. I like the Garmin's but I've heard they're not compatible. Any suggestions? Thank you very much

Wow! That is great news. I was going to buy an Edge 305 but knowing that my Mac computers can also be used to interface is fantastic! I love the idea of having wireless hr and cadance along with the GPS.
