  1. I can do the grab no problem, but I cant get up! Here is what happens. I
    can jump from the ledge to rubber, but I ALWAYS spin out to deadzone
    with my grabbing (left) foot down. Is this a problem with my technique,
    or is it because im really, really (really) tired? Any tips?

    put pressure on both of your pedals constantly??
