    1 lb lamb chunks per person ( cut from a leg of lamb )
    fresh lemons
    Salt and Pepper

    Rinse meat, pat dry and place meat on skewers and grill over medium heat
    until almost cooked medium,
    perhaps and hour. Then salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with oregano. When
    almost done, remove
    spits to a platter and heavily squeeze on fresh lemon juice, return to fire
    and lower heat, roasting
    until done.
