After reading a few threads,I wanted to introduce myself to this community and look forward to sharing ideas with other forum members.

I feel cycling is the best way to get a six pack, avoid damaging knees and really giving the heart a solid workout.

Nice to meet you.

For me, I currently do spinning. I would need to upgrade to a nice bike before hitting the streets.

There are many groups that ride and have competitions. The only draw back are the tough road conditions. Many riders have hit huge potholes with bad results.

Yet, there are many races that go to the beach and challenge the riders thorugh the windy hills in the rain forest.
