Nice to see Cav's form is coming around as he actually outsprinted Farrar for 129th place. However, Cav was beaten in their group of three by another sprinter - Julian Dean - for 128th. They're all losers, of course, but improvement is improvement.
Let's see how this one gets spun...
I think that jogging has been bouncing your pee sized brain up and down a little too much.
Given that the TDU normally makes up the majority of Greipels wins for the season I'm betting he, and his team, are a bit miffed...
... on the Cav front, at least he's on his bike racing early on this year, after last years dental issues and face swellings that left him looking like John Merrick.
But after all that talk and crying like a [censored] last year that he should be getting the HTC head spot in the majority of races, it was nice to see that his leadout man for a fair few races last year got a win and beat him a fair few times - just like the Giro last year actually.

As I've already mentioned, have zero interest in booting this guy/gal around the forum this year...lost interest - and far too easy...sorry pal...
Whatever big guy. Lets face it - Greipel doesn't have it when anyone half descent is present. He might have the most power but it doesn't get him the big win. Maybe the fast lads will skip the Vuelta again so he can get a win, otherwise it'll be let's for the Tour of the Back of Beyond or another win on Blackpool prom... Pity Goss couldn't hold Cavs wheel when he jumped like a freaking missile with about 600 to go. Afterburners, warpdrive and hyperdrive all engaged. Whoops. Andrei? He was back getting bounced around by pint sized Haido. Bwahahahahahahaaaaa.
It was a shame they never really went head to head. Although Greipel was going for wins and failing and Cav wasn't bothering and working for his team.
It was interesting on the last stage though when Cav thought he was leading out Goss (although he wasn't actually on his wheel) and we saw how quick he was when he shot off the front, if he had been launcing his sprint later to try and win himself I don't think anyone could have kept up

Well, he should definitely win the stage tomorrow as he basically soft-pedaled and conserved alot of energy today.

Flecha wasn't quite so lucky after the finish line... The video on cyclingnews shows him on his backside with a broken front wheel.
Cause celebre: Marky Mark breaks into the top 20 on a stage - 12th place! Considering his prior performances this year, he very well should've had to visit [censored] examiners afterwards and provide a specimen...
