Grocery Panniers?

I was looking at using some grocery panniers for my "around the neighborhood bike". I was looking at the Jandd bags but it seemed really pricy. Any suggestions on other brands to look at better prices.

A wicker basket tied on to a good rack will be very functional. Panniers are extra

Yep, pricey but really well made and will last a long time.
