Hey folks,
I've been looking and researching bikes for a few weeks now in search of my first proper mountain bike. Its starting to get a bit frustrating because it seems every time I find the one I like, it runs out of stock or some other problem. I will be using as a commuting bike but would also like to go offroad without worrying my bike cant handle it. In any case someone has just offered me a GT Avalanche 1.0 for £200. They say it was bought at the beginning of 2010 from Evans cycles and has been hardly used, but from the pictures it looks like the 2006 model
Basicly I am wondering if it is the 2006 or if I'm wrong? And if it is indeed the 2006, is it a good buy at £200? Im gonna go look at it on Saturday to check it is in good condition.
