Like an idiot, I dropped my HAC4. Of course, it landed badly and broke off one of the corners where it holds the strap/mounting pins. And the pin flew to some unknown destination.

Please tell me someone knows where to get replacement parts!!! I've searched the web and found only things like the cadence meter, etc. I am SICK to my stomach right now.

I am not sure what they might have by the way of individual pieces, but I was able to get a 2nd bike kit with cadence for a good price from www.adventureshop.co.uk. You might not find what you need on the website but they may have it in stock if you call. Good luck and post what you find for when I drop mine.

Have your bike shop contact the distributor (Veltec Sports?)

I was told they have replacement cases if you want to convert the red/white/blue U.S. Postal to the traditional color ($20). The pin should be available from a watchmaker's shop. Take the remaining one to get the right length.

Good luck.

i lost one of my pins and the watch shop i went to did not have the correct barrel size, hence, my hac4 sometimes looses contact on rough roads and resets itself, very annoying. who has the replacement pins?
