Half CM Stems

Paul: Half-centimeter increments are pretty rare these days. It's at the
limit of perception (in terms of noticing that something's different) for
most people, and you can generally raise or lower the bar a small amount to
get the same reach, without great affecting balance on the bike etc.

Having said that, I should also point out that stem measurements are
notorious, and one manufacturer's 9 or 10cm stem may, in fact, be exactly
the 9.5cm you're looking for. Plus, it depends upon the angle of the stem,
the old a-squared plus b-sqaured= c-squared thing. Manufacturers measure the
stem length along the line of the stem, which is *not* its forward reach.

Sometimes simple questions don't have simple answers. This is definitely one
of them.

Paul-

Don't know if this might work for you, but Rivendell has some nittos
in one cm increments starting with 75mm.
