Hamstrings, imbalanced

  1. Just noticed that my left hamstring, at knee level is a lot more developed than the right one.

    Both left and right lower and upper leg bones are within 2-3 mm of each other. The left orthorditic is built up a bit more than the right one to remove pronation on the left leg.

    There is no pain in kneecaps or hamstrings. I have read that having the seat too high will stress the hamstrings more than the kneecaps, but imbalanced?

    Anyone got any clues about what might be going on here? I do a fair bit of stretching.
