  1. hi everyone, i am new to cycling and just got a new roadbike the other day. I love it but when i ride my hand really hurt, and they hurt for a few days after the ride. Are there gloves that i can use? or is there a special way to hold handle bars?

  2. Gloves might help, but in my opinion that's not the fix. It sounds like it's your position. Try to relax your arms starting at your shoulders all the way to your hands. Keep them loose, not tense. I guess I'm lucky, it came natural to me.
