Handlebar Mounted Bottle Cage?

Hi,

I am looking for a Handlebar mounted bottle cage.
I'm sure I've seem them on touring bikes.
Does anyone know where I could get one?
Online sites would be helpful.

Bit of a blast from the past, that! They were very popular in the fifties and sixties for racers. not just tourers, but I haven't seen one for donkey's years. However a quick google search turned up this modern equivalent:
