I've got a cell phone and a hands-free headset, but whenever I call people, all they can hear is road noise and wind streaming into the mic. Has anybody solved this problem for cyclists?

Yes, follow these steps:

1. Come to a complete stop on your bicycle in a fashion that does not endanger or inconvenience others.

2. Have your cell phone conversation.

3. After your cell phone conversation is complete, continue with your bike ride.
