I always like the Welsh cyclist Nicole Cooke.
In the days when there was not a huge amount of road success for British Cycling, this lady was out there winning all around her.

i liked her riding too, its bad luck though she had to compete against the likes of Marianne Vos. She's retiring a bit young, at 29.
