Any idea about the best way to remove a frozen stuck titanium seatpost from an aluminium frame ?

My Tommasini has two holes in the top tube rear brake routing. There's no inner sleeve. The openings
fit standard 5mm housing, but it is a very tight fit, so as not to allow water into the top tube. I
trim a few mm's of the plastic sheathing off the end of the new housing to taper the end. I spray a
little silicone spray on the housing to lube it. I then snake a brake cable all the way through from
the back. I thread the new housing onto the cable from the front and push it through. The trick is
to hold the cable ball-end against the rear opening with your finger to anchor it while pushing the
housing along. When the tip of the new housing emerges, grab it with pliers and yank it through.
Works like a charm.
