I guess the paper is on the DfT website - they usually are; any of you who are interested should
also be able to comment (this would alos be normal).
Imagine - flashing lights made legal, perhaps in our own lifetimes. Who would have thought it, eh?

I wonder if you wouldn't mind piecing out our imperfections with your thoughts; and while you're
about it perhaps you could think when we talk of bicycles, that you see them printing their proud
wheels i' the receiving earth; thanks awfully.
