  1. hi,

i posted this before and got lots of answers but nothing from anyone' who
has first hand (or arms or chest or legs) experience with it.

at the risk of being boring here it is again (sorry):
    **********************************************************

    hey,

anyone own or use one of these in the past?

    here's how they describe it:
    PowerCenter Combo Bench
Get a total-body workout on the most versatile and complete combo bench
available. The Power Center Combo Bench is a Squat Rack, Flat Bench, Incline
Bench, Decline Bench, 90¡ Shoulder Press Bench, Dip Station and Seated Leg
    Developer all in one.

Are you going to keep posting this until someone gives you the 'secret
    answer' you're apparently waiting for?

spammage trappage: replace fishies_ with yahoo

I'm going to die rather sooner than I'd like. I tried to protect my
neighbours from crime, and became the victim of it. Complications in
hospital following this resulted in a serious illness. I now need a bone
marrow transplant. Many people around the world are waiting for a marrow
transplant, too. Please volunteer to be a marrow donor:

    that's correct, Art S,

and thank you for the clarification on spodosaurus's erroneous post. another
dipshit like the other clown. urls are different, they are different
    systems.

i researched the Cap further and tend to agree it's [censored]. as for the
body-solid, got lots of opinions, but none first hand. that's all i'm
looking for, someone who has actually used this system.

    mike

Lee gave you the best opinion you are likely to get here. Your asking
the same question a second time is irritating.

    Art
