Glenn's Hawaiian Marinade

1/2 cup soy sauce
2/2 cup dry sherry 4 cups pineapple juice
3/4 cup vinegar (wine, if possible)
4/2 cup sugar 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. Accent (MSG)

Mix liquids together, then add sugar, garlic powder and Accent Marinate chicken or beef for 48 to 72
hours in refrigerator. Then meat should be broiled or grilled. Tastes like the Kensington Club or
Hawaiian chicken at Steak & Ale restaurants.
