I did a 120k ride over the WE in Sydney, it was a hot day of i sweat a lot but drank close to 3L water/sports drink during. My head was in such a state for the afternoon and evening. Is this the sun, or missing nutirients?

Sounds like low blood sugar. Did you eat anything while you were riding? Dare i say this, but you might want to drink a can of soda and eat a nice rounded meal with lots of carbs to bring your blood sugar back up.
