Head pain when hitting bumps

I am a new rider and doing great other than this one item. I had a nasty fall on my head(w helmet) last week but was fine and continued riding. I also just got a new bike. The last couple of rides I have been having sharp pain whenever I hit even a small bump. Not sure if it is the bike or hit to the head. Anyone else have this type of problem? I dont want it to ruin my enjoyment of the sport. Any advice will be appreciated.

Ummm.... Go see a doctor/emergency room as soon as you can. You really can't say what happened to your body without a check up. Could be whiplash, concussion or fracture.
