Today I decided to stripped down my cane creek headset. After the intial shock of how many parts I ended up with, I cleaned and regreased and got it all back togother without leaving any thing behind....but now the steering is stiff and notchy....could this be due to the grease that I used it was some Lithum stuff white in colour but it didn't seem to be very..well slippy when I got it on my hands any ideas for this idiot to sort his bike out
