Headshok Service Manual

I have found a number of posts referring to a Headshok Service Manual, but I have failed miserably to find a copy on the 'net. I have an Ultra Fatty DL that I want to strip down and work out what has stopped the lock out from working and would prefer a manual (I have partially stripped it, but haven't taken it totally to pieces as I don't have a castle tool or pin spanner yet).

I have looked at http://www.fastglass.net/bike/headshok/maint.html, but I need something that describes the inner components in more detail.
