  1. After physical exertion, or eating fatty foods my heart
begins to have a rapid heartbeat (~110 beats per minute).
Along with this rapid heartbeat, there are times where a
heart murmur presents itself. Is an occasional heart
murmur indicative of something more, or can this be
    considered normal?

  2. How do you know it's a heart murmur? Has that been
diagnosed? Sounds to me like you should see a cardiologist.
Rapid heartbeat after exercise (depending upon the exercise)
isn't unexpected ... as long as it's an even rhythm. When I
run on the treadmill, my rate goes up to 150-160 bpm. But if
it's uneven, I'm not so sure that this is normal.

A heart murmur should be evaluated by one's physician to
    determine clinical significance.
