    Hi,

    I managed to bend a few spokes on a front Hed Alps in a crit last week. I have some spare spokes from Hed but my LBS tells me they can't work out how to replace them - is it worth looking for another wheelbuilder or has anyone had to send product back to Hed for repairs?
