    Serving Size: 8

    2 md Onion ; chopped
    1 cup Celery
    4 Tbsp Flour
    2 md Green pepper
    1/2 cup Fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp Pepper
    6 cup Cooked chicken
    4 tablespoon Olive oil
    2 Tbsp Sharwood's Medium curry
    28 oz Tomatoes/ ground tomatato
    2 tsp Salt
    3 cup Chicken stock *
    2/3 cup Raisins
    * I use bovril packets

    Chop onion, seed & dice pepper, chop celery and dice chicken. Saute onion
    & celery in marg in large shallow pan. Saute til onion is soft, about 5
    minutes. Stir in curry and flour, cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes, and green
    pepper, cook stirring often

    Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 559 Calories; 17g Fat (27.5%
    calories from fat); 40g Protein; 60g Carbohydrate; 3g Dietary Fiber; 89mg
    Cholesterol; 766mg Sodium. Exchanges: 3 Grain(Starch); 4 1/2 Lean Meat;
    1/2 Vegetable; 1/2 Fruit; 2 1/2 Fat. 0
