hello everyone,i`m new to the forums and relatively new to cycling.
i have just sent my registration off for the great yorkshire bike ride from wetherby to filey and would be obliged if anyone can give me tips for training up for the ride.
i dont intend going "hell for leather" just having a nice steady ride (untill i get my fitness level up that is )
any advise will be greatly appreciated..cheers :)

I am unfamiliar with this ride. What is the terrain and elevation changes like? How much flat as opposed to hills? How many miles?

hiya ron and thanks for the reply.
i`m unfamiliar with the ride myself but i do know it`s 70 miles, all on the road and there is quite a few steep hills. (not that i`ll have any problems with the down hill aspect)...lol
but thats all i can tell you unfortunately.
