    Good work, Guy, as usual. Couple of tiny things:

    2001 ... develops in-mound hard shell technique. Should be in-mould?

    Martlew denounces CTC as "loonies in Lycra". Worth adding he also
    refers to the Association of Cycle Traders as "cycling fascists"?
