Help, any ideas on Avanti/road bikes?

I am new to cycling, and was interested in buying my first road bike in the next month. I have tried to find the best bike in my price range, <$1800 Aus, and the Avanti Giro stuck out. Does anyone have any info regarding this bike, or others in this price range. Cheers.

A few hundred bucks more ($2199) a Cytek Gervasio gives you Ultegra. This year's may, just may have 10 speed Ultegra. Both are 7005 Alloy frames.
