among these three, they're all in the same price range (300-350) and entry level for trail MTB:

    - Giant Rincon
    - Jamis Cross Country 2.0
    - Fuji Sunfire

Which one offers the best value and bang for the money, also reliability and performance?

NOTE: I'm not a racer, and don't plan to do stunts or rough trails

    Please feedback folks,
    Corsaire

I bought the Rincon, 04 model about 4 months ago and am very pleased with it. Its been completely reliable and its xc performance is fine for a 350$ bike. I dont know either of the other two but go to www.mtbreview.com/ and they may have reviews and specs for the 04 and 03 models. Good luck and let us know which way you went.

I'm new to both this forum and mountainbiking, last week I bought my first bike and I went with the Gary Fisher Advance, and I paid 299.99 from my LBS, and remember that both Gary Fisher and Trek have Lifetime warranties on their aluminum frames, Giant only has a 5 year, and with the extra 50 bucks you save you can probably add a mod like a set of lighter handlebars and a stem. Hope this helps.
